Degree Project. A look into the authenticity of italian food in RESTAURANTS across canada and the us
As suggested by the title, this research project gives insight into authenticity and its true meaning, as well as its relevance in Italian restaurants across Canada and the US. Although my research journey started somewhere very different, this project turned out to be a topic I am very passionate about. Book Flip Through
This video shows a flip through of may book. I printed cut a binder this book myself. In the recipe section near the end of my book, you can see recipe cards glue bound onto their respective pages. These recipe cards can be kept in the book, or easily torn out to be added to your own recipe box!
Poster ad series
Each poster down below uses a different image at the bottom as seen in black, but all have the same title, book mockup, and description. The images used are all included in my book in full colour!
